Get your child and their friends ready for 2 hours of fun-filled LEGO action with a Brick Labs birthday party. Your birthday party starts the moment you arrive with a “search and find” in our LEGO city, fair and beach. Once all your guests have arrived, we’ll move to the “Blue Room” where a Brick Technician will lead them through a series of imaginative builds based on your chosen theme. Before we head down to the lunch room, we’ll end the session with some action packed night racing. Our lunch room is perfectly decorated for any LEGO lover’s special day.
We have two birthday party package options (details below) that you can choose from. Essentially, the main difference is with the All-inclusive we take care of the food (except the cake). Both packages are for 15 total attendees (party family/adults included in this count). Additional attendees (up to 40 total attendees in your party) are welcome with a $15/person additional fee.
All-Inclusive Birthday Package
Leave (almost) everything to us! Your all-inclusive package includes 90 minutes of fun filled activities with a highly trained brick technician, and 30 minutes in the lunch room where we will serve pizza, fruits, veggies and juice boxes. This package is for 15 attendees, and includes: all the food mentioned above, non-disposable plates and cutlery, napkins, cups, etc. We’ll even help serve your cake (you need to bring the cake!). We offer a variety of themes for you to choose from including (but not limited to!): Star Wars, Ninjago, Princess, Minecraft, Super Mario, Harry Potter, Friends, or Super Heroes. Custom themes are not a problem either. We’ll also provide a custom PDF evite for you to send to your guests. $575 plus hst. Check Availability
Birthday Party Fun Package
This package is similar to the all-inclusive, except you can bring in your own food if you choose to. The Birthday Fun Package includes 90 minutes in one of our themed labs for fun filled activities with a highly trained brick technician, and 30 minutes in our lunch room. This package is for 15 attendees, and includes use of the facility as mentioned above, non-disposable plates and cutlery, and napkins. We’ll help serve your cake (you need to bring the cake!) and any food you choose to bring in. We offer a variety of themes for you to choose from for the building session. We’ll also provide a custom PDF evite for you to send to your guests. $440 plus hst. Check Availability
Themes are unlimited! Most popular include Star Wars, Ninjago, Super Mario, Harry Potter, Princess, Friends, Vehicles, Pirates, Disney, and LEGO City….but feel free to suggest your own and we will customize the activities for your child.
Additional fees for additional guests. Package price is for 15 total guests. Your guest count includes birthday child & parents. Example: 12 children and birthday child and 2 parents is the 15 people included in the package. Maximum occupancy of the facility is 40 guests. There is a $15 per person fee for each additional child or adult above the package number who stays at the venue for the event. There is no “waiting area”.
Full Payment of the package fee is required at the time of reservation. Reservations can be made on-line with credit card or in-person (credit, debit, e-transfer, or cash) A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you at the time of booking. Additional charges will be automatically billed to your card on file or you can settle at the end of your event.
Decorations – You are welcome to bring in your own decor, but honestly its not needed with all there is to see and do here. Balloon bouquets, banners, table clothes are welcome if you would like. Decor should not interfere with emergency exits, guest/staff safety or be applied in a way that may damage the facility.
You are welcome to bring in additional food for the All-inclusive or your choice of food for the Fun Party package, but please no nuts in the facility!
You may use our fridge/freezer and microwave. Please let us know if you require any special food service equipment. We may have it available.
Our facility and activities have been designed for children 5 to 10 years of age. Activities are scaled based on age. For safety, children under 4 are not permitted in the party room due to small parts (siblings of birthday child exempt as long as they are under parental supervision).
For safety reasons, the following is not permitted: sparkler type candles, candles in excess of 4 inches, pinatas, alcohol, or any other item that presents a higher risk of injury or damage as determined by management at its sole discretion.
