Children will love two fun-filled hours of LEGO action with a Brick Labs birthday party. Your birthday party starts the moment you arrive with a “search and find” in our new LEGO city, fair and beach. Once all your guests have arrived, we’ll move to the “Blue Room” where a Brick Technician will lead them through a series of imaginative builds based on your chosen theme. We’ll end the session with some action packed night racing before heading down to the uniquely decorated lunch room,.
Party Package
Your two hour event includes 90 minutes of fun-filled activities in the “Green” and “Blue” rooms, then 30 minutes in our LEGO-themed lunch room. You will have 2 staff to lead your themed activities and help with food service so you can relax, take pictures and be part of the fun. In addition we’ll provide non-disposable place settings and napkins, and take care of the clean-up. Birthday Party package fee is for 16 attendees. Maximum capacity is 40 attendees.

Super Mario Cake, Ninjago Balloon Tree, and Star Wars banner are just some of the decor you can bring in if you would like!
You can choose to bring your own food, or select the food add-on ($125 plus hst) which includes pizza, fruits, veggies, juice and water for your 16 person party.
Party Add-Ons
Food Add-On: Pizza Nova Pizza (3 pieces per person), freshly cut fruits and vegetables presented family style on your party table, juice boxes for children, water bottles for adults. $125 plus hst for 16 people. We do not provide cake, but are happy to help you serve yours.
Additional Guests: Brick Labs is both a venue and attraction. There is a $15/person charge (plus hst) for any guest (child or adult) above the 16 included in your package. Exceptions are children 2 and under.
Event Insurance: Available only at the time of your party booking. Allows you to reschedule your event at no charge, or cancel your event and receive a 95% refund of fees paid. Reschedule or cancellation must be made at least 12 hours in advance of your event start time. Insurance expires 12 hours before your event.
Adult Lounge: For hosts who wish to entertain their adult guests away from the children, we can offer an additional room. Room rental is $100 plus hst. (Not available Saturdays Noon to 2:30pm)
Additional Information
Additional fees for additional guests. Package price is for 16 total guests. Your guest count includes birthday child & parents. Example: 13 children, birthday child and 2 parents is the 16 people included in the package. There is a $15 per person fee for each additional child or adult above the package number who stays at the venue for the event. There is no separate “waiting area”.
Maximum occupancy of the facility is 40 guests.
For best selection, you should book your event 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Once booked, we will send a complimentary customized invitation within 48 hours. About a week before your party, we will provide you with an Event Order outlining all the details we have to date. We will request your final guaranteed guest count at this time.
Full Payment of the package fee and add-ons is required at the time of booking. Booking can be made on-line with credit card or in-person (credit, debit, e-transfer, or cash). We can not take reservations over the phone. A confirmation and receipt will be emailed to you at the time of booking. Additional charges will be automatically billed to your card on file or you can settle at the end of your event.
Decorations – You are welcome to bring in your own decor, but honestly its not needed with all there is to see and do here. Balloon bouquets, banners, table clothes are welcome if you would like. Decor should not interfere with emergency exits, guest/staff safety or be applied in a way that may damage the facility.
You will have a fridge/freezer and microwave available for your use. Please let us know if you require any special food service equipment. We may have it available for you to use.
Our facility and activities have been designed for children 5 years of age and older. Activities are scaled based on age. For safety, children under 4 are not permitted in the party room unless under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.
There is plenty of free parking at our facility on weekends. Guests can park in any of the spaces at the rear of the building.
For safety reasons, the following are not permitted: sparkler type candles, candles in excess of 4 inches, pinatas, alcohol, or any other item that presents a higher risk of injury or damage as determined by management at its sole discretion. Visitors who engage in inappropriate behaviour as determined by Brick Labs Inc. staff, may be removed from the facility.
